I just logged into my Associated Content account a few minutes ago, and to my surprise they have designed a new layout the account page and I love it! In my opinion, Associated Content needed some design changes because to me the interface wasn’t as simple and as clear as it could have been. But the design team has done a wonder job upgrading the design.

They have compile all of the necessary information that we, as publishers, need to have at our disposal, all on one page.Unlike before, you can see your estimated views in the form of a graph that better illustrates your progress. I don’t know about you but I am a very visual person and illustrations are more appealing to me than just seeing numbers. And the interface is more simplistic and much clearer to understand for the sake of newbies.

Another thing that I like about the new layout is that they have included a section that has a progress bar for your clout. Before, they just gave you a chart that told you how many page views equaled a particular clout level and then it was on you to keep track of your page views. But now, there is a status bar that tells you how close you are to the next clout level. For me that serves as motivation and helps me to continue working towards my clout levels.

With their new design, I see a lot of great additions that will make me a more productive publisher, and I think you will get that same feel. If you haven’t already checked out the new changes then you need to.

I woke up to snow showers this morning, and boy I was not ready for this. Not only is it cold, but it’s that wet snow that turns to slush. If it was powdered snow then I could deal with that a little better. I just don’t know why it has to snow right now, ughhh! Here is a picture of the snow in the back yard, and my dog wondering where the heck it came from lol.

So since it is cold and drear, and the snow has yet to stop canvasing the ground, I’m just going to watch a good movie while I get some work done. Hey, I might even put together another ebook. For those of you experiencing your own winter wonderlands, be safe and stay warm.

Creating good habits is always a plus, but in dealing with your own success it becomes a necessity. This is something that should be done from jump because it will save you a lot of frustration and disappointment in the end. Here are some general tips for creating good habits for success:

Take a look of the aspects of your life that you would like to see change.  If you don’t know what the problem is then how can you expect to fix it? So take some time and sit down and think about the things in your life that would like to change. By doing this, you are acknowledging that you are not perfect, and you want to improve the quality of your life.

Focus on changing only 2 aspects of your life at a time. Making changes within your life takes time and patience, and that means that you can’t change everything all at once. So it is important that you learn how to pace yourself. You can either focus on one aspect at a time or you can pick 1 major and 1 minor aspect to focus on. How you do it is up to you, but always remember that you will want to take your time.

When I came across this money maker a few months ago, I didn’t quite understand how selling coupons would actually work. That is until I checked it out on eBay. If you do a search on eBay you will find that a lot of people are actually selling coupons for profit and doing very well at it. If you would like to see an example of this go to eBay and do a search for “foot locker coupons.” This will pull up tons of coupons for Foot Locker.

Here’s how it works…

Basically, what you will want to do is sign up for a free account at a coupon website. Now you don’t have to make any type of commitments or purchase anything, just sign up and use your free account to access the coupon codes of your choice. Once you get your account set up and you select the coupon codes that you want to sell, then compile them in a Excel spreadsheet.

Make sure you list in the spreadsheet: the name of the store, what the coupon code is for, how much the coupon is for, the actual code, and the expiration dates. This information is very important for you to know because you don’t want to sell someone coupons that they cannot use or coupons that are expired.

From here you can list your coupons on eBay and sell them. You can either burn the coupon codes on a CD so that you can use a regular auction or buy now selling format. Or if you want your customers to be able to download your coupons after purchase, then you can put up a classified ad for your coupons.

Tips for best results…

• Coupons from popular brands and stores are going to sale better, so focus on finding coupons for big name stores like Best Buy, Walmart, Foot Locker, RadioShack, etc.
• Put together a variety of coupons from the same brand or store together. I found that selling packs worked better for me rather than selling individual coupons.
