Klok. If your day requires you to run on a tight schedule then this application will have your day flowing on time. It also enables you to keep track of your clients, projects that you have to get done for them, and a time clock that tracks the duration of your projects.

KonoLive. This is an awesome application that allows you and your clients or colleagues to collaborate on projects while being able to interact with one another. Everything that happens with the application is synchronized in real time, much like Twitter.

MyDesktopNotes. If you need to make quick notes while working on the computer then this application is a great aspect for your desktop. You can use this keep simple notes such as websites to remember, things that you want to get done, and so much more!

Password Manager Suite. If you are anything like me, you probably have login and password information writing on a whole bunch of post it notes around your computer, right? Well this application allows you to store your login information and passwords safely while keeping them at hand when you need them.

Focus Booster. If you have trouble focusing and getting things done then this application will definitely help out. It is really good for sticking to time constraints with each project that you set goals for.

PeopleTrac. This application is an application that is sort of like an electronic time sheet. It allows your employees to sign in or out, administrators can sign people in and out and also run administrative reports.

Contact Capture Tool for Constant Contact. This application allows you to sign up new contacts or update their information from your desktop. I find this interesting because if you do any telephone work you can simply as a customer if they would like to receive your email newsletter and you can sign them up right then and there.
