Thanks for coming back to visit my blog. If there is anything that I can do to make your experience better just let me know!
I don’t know about you, but I get sick of seeing that same blue and white Facebook theme everyday. So take a look at what I did to my profile…

Pretty cool, huh? Yeah, it beats that lame facebook theme. So here is how I did it:
1. Download the Stylish Firefox Add-on.
2. Install the Add-on and Restart Your Browser.
3. When your browser opens back up go to http://www.userstyles.org because this is where you will be making the changes.
4. On the left hand side of the page you will see some themes. If you click on the themes headers another window with open up with more to choose from. Also you will notice that this doesn’t just work for Facebook. It works for YouTube, Google, and some other websites.
5. Once you click on the theme that you want, then click on the button on the left side of the page that says “Install with Stylish”
6. Waalaa! Your done! Now you can visit the page you changed the theme for and it will automatically appear.

According to an article I read on ABCNews titled “Facebook’s mounting customer service crisis” things are getting out of hand with their customer service. There was an ongoing issue with people not being able log into their accounts (I’m glad it wasn’t me) and it sort of got out of control. That’s what happens when you turn people into social networking junkie!
But on a serious note, I understand how frustrating that could have been for the Facebook users. Now personally it wouldn’t have been serious enough for me to bite somebody’s head off, but I would have been a little frustrated. The problem that I have with this is the fact that Facebook’s customer service made a promise that it was a technical issue and it would be fixed within 24 hours. Now I have worked in customer service before and the one thing that you don’t do is promise customers that you cannot materialize. If you really don’t know when the problem is going to be fixed, giving a time frame is the worst that you can do because unhappy customers will definitely hold you to it.

Is it possible to create a product catalog on Facebook for Info Products? Yes, it is and here’s how:
1. Create professional images for your Info Products. Some examples would be eBook Covers, Report Covers, Software Boxes, CDs, etc. You can’t just put some crappy images up and expect them to be appealing.
2. Create a separate picture album and upload. You definitely want to isolate your Info Products in a folder because you want to keep them organized, if not people won’t pay much attention to them.
3. Create a good description of the product. Now good doesn’t mean long. Just tell enough to capture the prospects attention in the description.
4. Create a comment below the image. Now you can do this a few different ways (1) create a link that will drive your prospect to the sales copy for the product (2) generate a paypal button so prospects can buy directly (3) use both.
Creating a catalog for your Info Products on Facebook is another easy stream of income that you can make for yourself and it doesn’t take that long to set up. So what are you waiting for!?
