I am sure you are getting sick and tired of hearing everybody rant on about being able to make fast money writing small reports. But the reason you are hearing so much about it is it is something that really works. All you really need is a good niche topic to write about and the motivation to sit down and type the report. Sounds pretty simple, huh?
Well I am true believer that people make things harder than they really have to be. And that goes for life, working from home, making money online, etc. See, you have to learn how to tap into the resources that are available to you in order to make your process a smooth and easy one. So the first thing that you need to know is the steps in the process.
Step #1 – Research a Popular Niche. This first step is going to make or break your money making efforts. Now it is true that some people can write just about and make a few extra dollars here and there. But what you want to do is make the big bucks. And the only way to get the job done is by writing content that people are interested in and are willing to purchase.
Step #2 – Do Your Keyword Research. Keywords are very important even when writing reports because they can give you some money making ideas that you can write about. For example, let’s say your niche is “making money online” and you research this using Google’s keyword took, you may find “make money online writing articles” or “make money online with eBay.” Those are just some examples I threw out there, but I’m sure you get the picture.
Step #3 – Write Your Report. For some people this is one of the hardest steps to complete. Personally, I like to write a report in one sitting, but you can pace yourself however you see fit. Keep in mind that a small report is not like an ebook. A report can be anywhere from 5-30 pages and it provides a single solution to a single problem. So that means you don’t have branch off into chapters…unless you really want to.
Step #4 – Convert Your Report in PDF Format. PDF format is like the universal format for online documents, and by converting your report to PDF format it has a professional look as well. It’s not hard to do at all so don’t panic. If you do not have the capability to convert your documents to PDF format with your word processor there is a free software called “CutePDF” that you can use.
Step #5 – Decide on How You Will Receive Payments. You want to get paid right? Of course you do! I would suggest that you sign up for a free PayPal account so that you can receive payments instantly. The setup process only takes a few minutes and you can easily get buttons that you can put on your website for payment.
Step #6 – Figure Out How You Want to Sell Your Reports. Now I like to create multiple streams of income so that means that I market a few different ways in order to do so. You can create your own website and sell from there; you can put your reports on eBay and auction them off, you can even put your reports up for sale on Amazon’s website if you wanted to. There are so many ways that you can sell your reports you just have to come up with a method that works well for you.

Hi. this is kind of an “unconventional” question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time.
Altering the theme of your blog is not going to cause you to be punished by the search engines. Feel free to alter it however you like. I use a them called Arras which is free theme and it comes with a feature that allows my menu to look like that. Now I have definitely altered some things in my theme, but as for the menu I didn’t do that myself.
