First of all I know that most of you are thinking “a hundred thousand a year, yeah right!” and I don’t blame you one bit. But the reason it is hard for you to believe is not because it is impossible to achieve and it is out of reach. It is hard because $100,000 is a big number that your brain can’t process as easily as smaller amounts.

So let me break it down for you…

If you want to achieve $100,000 a year then that means that you have to earn at least $278 a day. That $278 a day is not so unbelievable is it? Of course not, because I just gave you the same information in bites that you can actually chew.

And that is the point of this blog post. I am going to give you all the information that you will need in order to achieve your $100,000 a year goal in bites that you can chew, digest, and savor. So if you are a newbie then that won’t matter here because everybody will be able to benefit from the information in this post regardless of knowledge and experience.

If you thought that you had to put together some big extravagant product in order to make money STOP RIGHT NOW! I hate to say it but someone lied to you if they told you that. So from this point on just forget all of the nonsense that people have been telling you or what you have been reading, if it has not produced results for you. Here’s what you really need to know…

…people like to purchase things that they can actually afford!

I am sure you have been on the Internet and see people selling products that are $97, $197, $297, etc., right? Now be honest, how many people do you know that can throw that kind of money away on the Internet? More than likely it’s not many. So what does that tell you? That tells me that the people selling these products for these prices are probably making some money, but not as much as you would think because those prices are only affordable to a selective group of people and that doesn’t include the average person.

Now think about a small report that you can sell for $10. That’s less than a household bill, less than a meal at your favorite restaurant, even cheaper than going to the movies with a friend. And these are things that people do on the regular, and if they can afford to do these things then that means they can afford to purchase your small report for $10 if they really want the information.

There is nothing worse than spending a large amount on a info product that leaves you asking more question than before you purchased it, not helping you achieve your goal, and ends up being pointless and makes you feel like a jackass for even buying it. When you feel like that life really begins to suck and you don’t want your potential customers to feel like that.

See how that works?

Now that’s not hard to understand, is it? You wouldn’t believe how many people over look this simple piece of information and then wonder why they cannot get their products to sell. And this doesn’t only work for just your information products, but your affiliate products as well. If you are promoting an affiliate product that you couldn’t afford to purchase, then you best believe that there are a lot of people that feel the same way. So make it easy on yourself and select products that people can afford to buy.

Ok let’s get back on track…

Now let’s talk about increasing the value of you information products without putting a whole lot of work into it. I had a friend that was new to creating information products and she had been talking to some crappy guru online that told her that she had to create multiple products to sell in a bundle if she wanted to make any money and it could take months to create.

That was pure crap and my friend felt like the biggest idiot on earth when the man conned her out of over $600. Now this is my problem with what the man told her…

  • There is nothing in the world wrong with creating a bundle of information products to sell, but that is not the only way to make money. You can easily sell a single report, ebook, instructional video, etc. and continue to make money from it.
  • It doesn’t take you a month to create any type of information product UNLESS you are doing it by choice and you are including an extensive amount of information. A small report can be done in an hour, a video can be created in 5-10 minutes, and an ebook can be created in less than 7 days, so NO you don’t have to spend that kind of time creating information products.

Even if you are a slow typist that can only peck one letter per minute, you wouldn’t have to spend months creating a single product that generates profits for you. And the thing is this is what runs people away. They think that creating information products have to take a lot of time which they don’t.
